Returns – Authenticity Claims Only

We only accept returns in the event that an item is proven to be non-authentic. To initiate a return under these exceptional circumstances, the following conditions must be met:

• The buyer must provide written verification from a recognized international third-party authentication service, such as Entrupy, Authenticate First, Real Authentication, or an equivalent.

• The authentication report must:

• Clearly state the item has failed authentication
• Include a detailed explanation
• Reference the specific item in question
• Be dated and signed by the authentication provider

Upon receipt and verification of the authentication report, Labelbornz will arrange for the item to be returned and issue a full refund. Return shipping costs will be borne by Labelbornz in these verified cases.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Disagreement on wear, patina, or minor signs of use common in pre-owned items
